To ensure reliable performance and fair access for all users, our AI chatbot services operate under a Fair Usage Policy.

Each subscription plan includes a defined monthly limit of AI-powered messages. A “message” refers to a single interaction between a user and the chatbot, including both the user input and the AI-generated response.

Monthly usage limits reset automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.

If the monthly message limit is reached:
The chatbot may temporarily pause responses, or
Users may be prompted to upgrade their plan or purchase additional message credits.

Excessive usage, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass usage limits may result in temporary suspension or restricted access.

Training data uploads (text, files, or images) are intended for reasonable business use only. Repeated re-training or unusually large data uploads may be subject to review.

We reserve the right to adjust limits, throttle usage, or modify plans to maintain platform stability and service quality.

For higher usage needs, custom plans and add-ons are available upon request.
